A London based practice sandwiched between the shiny, commercial developments of the City and some of East London’s densest estates.

Our approach is; creative, informed, playful and resourceful. We believe in creating spaces that people can inhabit and own. We are interested in rethinking everything from thin slivers of the city to great big chunks of it.
