This project is for a change of use, which proposes a mix of single and double story 4 Houses.

The massing of the proposals has been orientated to provide maximum sunlight to all units. Placement of the fenestration has been considered to provide oblique views in order to protect the privacy enjoyed by the existing dwellings as well as the occupants of the proposals. Timber screens have also been integrated to enhance the sense of privacy while simultaneously acting as a ‘brise soleil’ providing external shading, reducing solar glare.
