STREET

Green Street Apartments is an ambitious proposal to transform an existing 2 storey commercial unit into a mixed use scheme with commercial at ground and basement levels and 5 storeys of residential dwellings above.

Tasked by our clients to maximise the site 270m² site we worked closely with BRE to establish a massing that would afford the required day/sunlight provisions to all new dwellings. This resulted in a proposal that can be read clearly as two distinct ‘blocks’ separated by a large light well and access core.

In a rapidly developing area Clark Architecture believe that this is a development that would greatly enhance the current context.
