APARTMENTS

Umberston Apartments is a mixed use scheme comprising of two commercial units at ground floor level and 8 residential units across the remaining four levels.

We delivered the scheme from an adopted planning application to produce a building that responds to the local context and planning requirements. Working on stages D-L we developed different brick treatments and apartment layouts to create a building, which responds to its context whilst providing naturally lit and well ventilated dwellings.
